Investor: Waystone CZ s.r.o.
The project to completely revitalize the former military base in Stříbro is a long-term development programme. Its completion will transform the military base into a modern new neighbourhood fully integrated into the existing Town of Stříbro.
Stříbro’s partner in the project is Waystone CZ s.r.o., which was selected by the Town as its strategic partner through a public tender.
Waystone CZ is the investor and developer of the entire project. The two partners founded an association, Stříbro Waystone Development, z.s.p.o., which oversees and manages the project.
The transformation will breathe new life into the area, which is over forty hectares in size. The site includes sites for residential housing, administrative and commercial buildings and considerable sites set aside for industrial use.
